Azienda Agricola Vitomaria Bruni is owned and managed by the founder, who insists on keeping the family tradition alive. Memories of his father making such extra virgin olive oil when he was a child as well as the unique taste and flavour of the just-milled extra virgin olive oil over a slice of bread convinced him that everyone should deserve the chance to try the taste and to smell the aroma of this unique product – this gift from God –  at least once in their lives. That's why Vitomaria has decided to turn his passion into a business; a niche business, though, serving his main purpose – which is to preserve the naturalness and uniqueness of his extra virgin olive oil.

His wife – an expert in olive oil tasting – and his daughter – who looks after the commercial aspects of the business – are helping him in his ambitious project of passing on the knowledge of olive oil by manifesting tastings into a sensory experience and providing access  to those people who want to approach this unknown and unique world.

We are a small family business benefiting from a longtime tradition, and in only a few years have become known for the high quality of our extra virgin olive oil among a niche elite of connoisseurs.
